Accessibility statement

Draft for review. This accessibility statement is a draft, prepared on 28 September 2026 for the website proposal. It must be reviewed by a solicitor or data-protection adviser, and completed with the results of an accessibility audit, before it is published or relied on.

1. Who this statement covers

This statement applies to www.enhancedgroup.co.uk, which is run by Enhanced Technology Solutions Ltd, trading as Enhanced Group. It doesn’t cover other websites that we link to.

2. Using this website

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. It has been designed so that you should be able to:

  • use every page with a keyboard alone, with a visible outline showing where you are;
  • use it with a screen reader such as NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver;
  • zoom in up to 400% without text spilling off the screen;
  • change colours, fonts and text size using your browser or device settings;
  • turn down animation through your device’s reduced-motion setting;
  • complete our forms, with clear labels and error messages that explain how to fix a problem.

We also write in plain English, and we avoid instructions that rely on colour, shape or position.

Until the site has been audited, we can’t confirm that every page meets these aims. Section 5 will list any problems we find.

3. How we built it

We designed and built the website with accessibility in mind:

  • each page has one main heading, and headings follow a logical order;
  • page regions such as the header, navigation, main content and footer are marked up so that assistive technology can move between them, and a link lets you skip straight to the main content;
  • text and interface colours are chosen to meet the WCAG AA contrast ratios;
  • meaningful images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers;
  • links in body text are underlined, so they aren’t identified by colour alone;
  • form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked in words, and error messages are linked to the field they refer to;
  • the cookie banner can be used with a keyboard, and accepting and rejecting are given equal weight.

4. Compliance status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA.

Placeholder: compliance status after the audit, fully or partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA

5. Known issues

Placeholder: date of last audit and known issues, with the WCAG success criterion each issue fails and when it will be fixed

Third-party content

Maps on our website come from Google Maps, and we can’t fully control how accessible they are. Our address is also given as text on the same page, with an “Open in Google Maps” link.

6. Feedback and reporting problems

If you find a problem that isn’t listed here, or you need information from this website in a different format, such as large print, an accessible PDF or an audio recording, contact us:

It helps if you tell us the web address of the page, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser or assistive technology you were using. We’ll consider your request and reply within Placeholder: response time for accessibility requests (Q16).

7. Enforcement procedure

Enhanced Group is a private company, so the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 don’t apply to us. We follow the format of the government’s model accessibility statement because it is a clear way to report on accessibility. As a service provider, we have a duty under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people.

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) enforces the Equality Act 2010 in England, Scotland and Wales. If you’re not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) on 0808 800 0082 or at equalityadvisoryservice.com.

8. Preparation of this statement

This statement was drafted on 28 September 2026. Placeholder: date of last audit, who carried it out, the testing method (automated tools, keyboard and screen reader checks) and the date this statement was last reviewed

We’ll review this statement at least once a year, and whenever we make significant changes to the website.
