Website terms of use

Draft for review. These terms are a draft, prepared on 28 September 2026 for the website proposal. They must be reviewed by a solicitor or data-protection adviser before they are published or relied on.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.enhancedgroup.co.uk (the “website”). The website is run by Enhanced Technology Solutions Ltd, trading as Enhanced Group (“we”, “us” or “our”), company number 13094854, of 43, Dixon Business Centre, Dixon Rd, Brislington, Bristol BS4 5QW.

By using the website, you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the website.

2. Other terms that may apply

  • Our privacy notice explains how we use personal information.
  • Our cookie policy explains the cookies and browser storage the website uses.
  • Our services are provided under separate terms agreed with each client. These website terms don’t form part of those contracts. Placeholder: link to our standard terms of business, if they are to be published (Q10)

3. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • use it in any way that breaks the law or is fraudulent;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, the systems it runs on or any connected system;
  • attack the website, for example with a denial-of-service attack, or knowingly introduce viruses or other harmful code;
  • use automated tools to copy large parts of the website or to send it large volumes of requests, other than search engines and similar services indexing it in the normal way;
  • use our forms to send spam, or to send information you don’t have the right to share.

We may restrict or suspend access to the website if we believe these terms have been broken.

If you think you have found a security problem with the website, please tell us rather than testing it further. Placeholder: security contact mailbox for vulnerability reports (Q11)

4. Information on the website

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but its content is general information. It isn’t advice about your organisation’s systems, contracts or legal obligations, and you shouldn’t rely on it as if it were. Talk to us, or to another suitable adviser, before acting on it.

Regulations, supplier timetables and prices can change after an article in our Insights section is published, so check the sources each article lists before you rely on it.

5. Our content

The website and its content, including text, design, graphics and our logo, belong to us or are used with the owner’s permission. Placeholder: confirm licences for all images and third-party content used on the website (Q36)

You may view the website, print or download extracts for your own reference or for use within your organisation, and share links to any page. You must not copy, republish or sell our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Other organisations’ names, logos and trade marks shown on the website belong to their owners. Showing them doesn’t mean that those organisations endorse us, unless we say so.

Where the website links to other websites, such as Companies House, government guidance or our LinkedIn page, the links are there for your information. We don’t control those websites and we aren’t responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

7. Linking to our website

You may link to any public page of the website, as long as you do so fairly and lawfully and don’t suggest a connection with us, or approval from us, that doesn’t exist. You must not display the website inside a frame on another website.

8. Availability and security

We aim to keep the website available, but we don’t guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, for example for maintenance.

We take steps to protect the website, but we can’t guarantee that it is free from viruses. Please use your own antivirus software and keep your devices up to date.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law doesn’t allow us to limit or exclude.

If you use the website for business, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, or from relying on its content, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise. In particular, we aren’t liable for loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity.

If you use the website as a consumer, we provide it for private use only. We aren’t liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you use it is the one that applies, so please check this page now and then.

This version is a draft dated 28 September 2026. Placeholder: version number and publication date once approved

11. Law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute about them or about the website, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
