Managed IT support

Our fully managed IT support gives your workforce technical assistance when they need it, from fixing a minor glitch to upgrading systems. Support covers both on-site and remote assistance. We are constantly monitoring your systems with automatic patch's applied, keeping your working securely.

Our monitoring systems check constantly for faults and slowdowns, so we can act before a small problem affects your users.

Co-sourced IT

For organisations with their own IT team, we act as an extended IT arm. We can manage a specific project, support holiday cover or fill the gaps in your existing IT provision.

As a Microsoft partner we set up, license and support Microsoft 365, and scale each licence so users get the tools they actually need.

Many Microsoft 365 licences include security features for protecting data and devices. We help you use them properly, and we will prepare a tailored quote on request.

Cloud & infrastructure

We bridge the gap between traditional platforms and the cloud, and help you move away from on-premise hardware at a pace that suits you: public cloud, private cloud, or a mix of both.

Do you provide on-site support or only remote support?

Both. Managed IT support covers on-site and remote assistance. Many issues are resolved remotely, and an engineer visits when a problem needs hands on the equipment.

Can you work alongside our own IT team?

Yes. Our co-sourced IT service acts as an extended IT arm: we can take on a specific project or fill the gaps in your existing IT provision, while monitoring your servers, network and endpoints.

Can you help us move to the cloud?

Yes. We help organisations move away from on-premise hardware to public cloud, private cloud or a mix of both. Recent examples include a migration to Microsoft Azure and device management with Microsoft Intune.
